Yes. We regularly carry out phased renovations where one section of the office is handed over at a time. Evening and weekend shifts can also be arranged for noisy tasks such as hacking and drilling, so your daily operations are barely interrupted.
A standard office renovation for a space of 2,000 to 4,000 square feet is usually completed within four to six weeks. Larger projects or those requiring DBKL submission may take eight to twelve weeks. We provide a detailed Gantt chart so every milestone is transparent.
